今天上午带着紧张不安的心情打开邮件，打开会议通知函。用我不太自信的英语阅读了主办方发的邮件，

 

 On behalf of the Technical Program Committee, we are pleased to advise you that your paper has been sessioned for oral presentation at the Optical Fiber Communication Conference and Exposition (OFC) and The National Fiber Optic Engineers Conference (NFOEC). OFC/NFOEC will be held March 22-26, 2009, at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California, USA.

 

是的，这句话我反复读了3遍，并请我的宿舍哥们读了，没错，上帝听到我我每天读圣经的声音了。

 

如果不出意外，我会去美国参加会议，并用我很中国的英语做演讲。到时希望能够见到你和你的那位。
